Notification options

Choose how you receive notifications for reservations that are ready to be picked up and for items that are due soon or overdue:

• For email notifications, simply log in to your online account and select the email option.
• For SMS notifications, (text message on your mobile phone), please contact us and we'll arrange it.
• By default, notifications will be sent via postal mail.
