Memory Station

Digitise your precious photographs, negatives, slides, documents and audio cassettes in the Memory Station at the Harry Bailiey Memorial Library. The Memory Station is in the Local Studies Room on level 2 of the library and consists of an Epson V850 Pro scanner, cassette tape converters (portable), A4 and A3 scanners and Kodak slide scanners.

The Memory Station is free to use and is available Monday to Wednesday, 10am-4pm. Bookings are required, and sessions are limited to one 2-hours session per person per day. Library membership is required to access this service. If you are not a library member, and would like to use the Memory Station, please join here.

The Memory Station is self-service, and you will need intermediate computer skills and have undertaken an induction to the equipment. If you are not confident using computers, feel free to bring someone to assist you. Library staff can assist you in setting up, however, they cannot digitise items for you.

To organise a time for your induction to the Memory Station, please email coffscollections@chcc.nsw.gov.au
