Library Tours

Coffs Harbour Libraries offer guided tours for all age groups—from Kindergarten to Year 12. Available all year round, during school terms. Bookings required.

Social Stories

The Coffs Harbour Library has a social story to prepare students for their visit to Yarrila Place. It has been created to help students understand and navigate the building and expectations. Request a copy via email Education@chcc.nsw.gov.au

Next Chapter Program

The Next Chapter Program will help Year 6 students build confidence and research skills in preparation for high school. Students will learn how to navigate the library system, access online databases and use research tools. Available in term 4 in 2026. Bookings required.

Society and Culture

Explore outstanding Personal Interest Projects created by HSC Society and Culture students. These research papers are available for on-site viewing only (not for loan or photocopying). You are welcome to view the papers during library opening hours or reserve a table, please contact Education@chcc.nsw.gov.au

Local Studies Collection

Discover the rich history of Coffs Harbour through the Local Studies Collection. This special collection features heritage materials and titles unique to the local region. Book an educational session for history students to learn how to research local history and newspaper archives.
