How do I book a room?

Instructions 

1. Click on Book A Room button. 
2. Sign in  
3. Search for a room by the desired date, or scroll down the list of available rooms: 
   
   
4.  Click on the Book now button for the relevant room, and enter number of attendees and time slot 
5. Click the Book button 
6. Read and accept Terms & Conditions, then click the Continue button 
7. Enter Your event name: 
   
   
8. Tick the box to confirm all details entered are correct, then click the Confirm button:
