These school holidays, the library becomes a mini game studio. Kids will learn the basics of coding, explore Scratch and create a simple game where each level hides a sneaky little bug to find.
It’s hands‑on, creative and designed to spark curiosity. A fun way for kids to dip into the world of tech, puzzles, build life skills and discovering how things work. Create, code and discover at your library!
Date: Monday 28 SeptemberTime: 10.30-12.30pmAge: 8+ Fee: $5, Bookings required. What to bring: Computers supplied, but participants may bring their own device if preferred.
Note: To save their coding projects, children will need a Scratch account which will require an email address. We will do this together during the sessions, however parents and guardians are encouraged to stay and support their child during setup and throughout the session.
