5-Week May Wellness Series

During May step into a world of wellness with our 5-week series at Harry Bailey Memorial Library. Each session offers a unique opportunity to improve wellbeing and learn something new and are designed to help you reset and recharge. Open to all levels, these sessions are the perfect midday break to enhance your wellbeing.

Date: Every Thursday of May 2024 

Time: 12.30pm-1.30pm 

Location: Learning Lab, Level 2, Harry Bailey Memorial Library, Yarrila Place

Week 1: Yoga and the Nervous System

Week 2: Digestive Health with Yoga 

Thursday 9 May 2024 

Week 3: Enhancing Sleep 

Thursday 16 May 2024 

Week 4: Mental Clarity 

Thursday 23 May 2024 

Week 5: Emotional Balance 

Thursday 30 May 2024 

What you need to know: 

  • Fee & Booking: $25 for all 5 sessions in the May Wellness Series. Spots are limited, bookings essential. 

  • Instructor: Led by Kimberley Roberts, a certified yoga teacher known for her holistic and accessible approach. 

  • Leaving Early: If necessary, please inform Kimberley at the beginning of the session and exit quietly to minimise disruption. 

  • Series Attendance: While attending all five sessions is recommended for the best experience, please contact the library if you can't make a session.
