For many people, CDs, DVDs, books, tapes and other physical media are becoming a thing of the past. Today you can download movies, music, television shows and books from the internet without leaving your home. You can also get new apps and games for your computer very easily, without ever having to step into a store. This workshop walks you through how to join that revolution.

What You'll Learn:

· Learn how to install and use iTunes, a popular online store for finding and buying media

· Look at some of the alternatives to iTunes

· How to play the media you’ve downloaded

· Understand how to download new applications for your computers


What you’ll need to bring:

· If you have your own computer, bring it along! Otherwise, Coffs Harbour Libraries will be able to provide you a computer to learn on.

· An email address; either the Gmail account created in the Introduction to Email Part 1 workshop, or another email account.


Who is this for: This workshop is tailored specifically for seniors who have some experience with the Internet but would like to learn more.


Gain essential digital skills and connect with fellow seniors in a supportive and welcoming environment.
