Digital Media Computers
All computers have Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software, providing a fantastic platform to explore photography, design, or even create a short film or documentary.
Aspiring XR, AR, gaming and 3D designers can access computers that will allow them to build their own universes and alternate realities.
For specialised video production needs, there is a green screen along with professional lighting and a backdrop for studio photography.
Whatever the creative aspirations may be, the Digital Studio is here to empower people from every age on their creative journey!
Software manuals are available to be borrowed from the library and are a great way to teach yourself how to use software available on the computers in the Digital Studio.
Recording Studio
For music enthusiasts, the recording studio is equipped with vocal microphones, guitars, bass, and percussion, all connected to a Mac Studio running Audacity, Avid Pro Tools and Ableton Live. Our Studio Macs also have Roland Midi-Keyboards and Launchpad Mini [MK3] set up for music production and mixing. Suitable also for podcasting, audio book creation and oral history recording.
