Digital Art & T-shirt Design (Ages 8-16) - Ocean Wonderland

Create a t-shirt design these school holidays, inspired by the wonder of our oceans.

Participants will work in Adobe Fresco using an Apple Pen on the iPads to create digital art. Led by Gumbaynggirr artist Bernard Kelly Edwards, the workshop will focus on ocean conservation through design and illustration, exploring colour, shapes and typography to create a piece of wearable art. Check out Sea Walls – Artists For Oceans for inspiration to create your own artwork, or bring a photograph to transform into an illustration.

About the facilitator

Bernard Kelly-Edwards is a father and digital artist, who belongs to the Gumbaynggirr, Bundjalung and Dhunghutti Nations on the mid north coast of NSW. Bernard’s art incorporates textures and colours inspired by Mother Nature.
