BOOK A ROOM

How do I book a room?

Book a room at Harry Bailey Memorial Library, Coffs Harbour or Woolgoolga Library.

There are three meeting rooms that are available to book.

Group study 5 – maximum capacity of 5 people
Group Study 6 – maximum capacity of 3 people
Quiet space for 2 - maximum capacity of 2 people

We have several small study spaces within Harry Bailey Memorial Library on level 2 that are not bookable. These are first come - first serve.
Bookings are a minimum of half an hour and a maximum of 2 hours.
Only one booking per day per group or person, please note that If multiple bookings are made per day they will be cancelled.


Conditions of Room Use

  • The room may be used by groups of individuals meeting for the purpose of private study or tuition.
  • All bookings are subject to the approval of the City of Coffs Harbour.
  • Premises are to be left clean and tidy, with all furniture returned to the initial configuration - please leave enough time to ensure this is included within your booking timeslot.
  • Any additional cleaning required following an event will be charged to the user.
  • The room is to be used in accordance with The Library Operations Policy.
  • All damages must be paid for.

Woolgoolga Meeting Room is also available for non-profit community groups and groups of individuals meeting for private study or tutoring.

Need to cancel a booking?

No problem, to cancel your booking please send an email to coffs.library@chcc.nsw.gov.au

Instructions

  1. Click on Book A Room button.
  2. Down the left-hand side select Book Indoor Space
  3. Then select Meeting

  4. Select Single date or Multiple date depending on your booking needs
  5. Select the time
  6. Select how many people

  7. Select Filter by location
  8. Select either Yarrila Place or Woolgoolga Library

  9. Select Search
  10. Only the available options will appear
  11. Once you select the room you will be prompted to add additional information.
