Who needs to pay a refundable deposit?

You will need to pay a refundable $50 cash deposit when you join the Library if you are:

  • not a resident or ratepayer of Coffs Harbour Local Government Area (LGA)   
  • not a NSW resident visiting or working within the Coffs Harbour LGA
  • not a current member of any Australian library (must have current membership card)
  • not a local organisation (must have written approval from organisation’s executive on letterhead nominating a card holder) 
  • not a student attending a local educational institution (must have proof of enrolment)
