Evelyn Araluen’s debut prose/poetry collection won the 2022 Stella Prize in the first year that poetry was included in the $60,000 prize. It’s a slim book but it packs a punch.

“Dropbear can teach us all if we are willing to learn how to read, to listen, to comprehend.” – John Kinsella, Sydney Morning Herald
