The library provides customers with access to:

• Free online e-book and e-audio book lending services - library members are able to access these online resources and download them to their computer or portable device - such as an e-reader, smart phone or mp3 player - and loan them for a set period as (like our traditional books).  
   
• Online language/literacy learning e-resources - suitable for both adult learners and children ... also of value to members of the community whose first language is not English. 
   
• A series of informal user-education sessions - to show library customers how to access these new resources.

• 3D printing - A Cubicon Single Plus 3D printer has recently arrived at Coffs Harbour’s Harry Bailey Memorial Library branch.

• Studiosity (free online tutoring service for students)
• Public access computers at each branch with free internet
• Free wifi at each branch (use your own wireless-enabled device)
• Public printers, copiers and scanning available at each branch (charges apply)
