Staying Safe

Coffs Harbour Libraries would also urge anyone who feels unwell to stay at home.

Coffs Harbour Libraries are following the latest guidelines from NSW Health. We are implementing a range of stringent health procedures to ensure the safety of all borrowers, visitors and staff members. This includes:
• Strictly limiting the number of people inside facilities to one person per four square metres to ensure physical distancing.
• Recording the contact details of people entering the libraries and retaining it for four weeks.
• Ensuring appropriate sanitation procedures are followed.
• The quarantining of all returned stock for 24 hours and the wiping of items with plastic covers with disinfectant.

Further easing of Government restrictions will see more library services become available in the coming weeks. We will be keeping you informed at each stage. If you don’t already receive it, please subscribe to the library e-newsletter, keep an eye out in your inbox and on the Coffs Harbour Library Facebook page for further updates.

We urge you to continue to stay safe and vigilant with social distancing and hygiene measures in line with Government guidance. For more information and regular updates from Coffs Harbour City Council visit Council's dedicated web page for the Coronavirus situation.
