All library branches are wheelchair accessible and have disabled parking and accessible toilets.

The central library at Coffs Harbour also has a special machine, the SmartView 8000, that enlarges printed text material using CCTV technology.

DAISY players (special audio playback devices) are also available to our Home Library Service members.

The library also has material for loan in large print and audio-book (aka talking book) formats.
