What's it about?

Would you like to be more confident using your email account? Learn more about your inbox, saving contacts, sending and receiving emails. We will also look at viewing, downloading, printing attachments to your emails including understanding file types as well as attaching photos and documents to your own emails.

We begin with a presentation, highlighting features of gmail, yahoo and outlook as examples, followed by an hour long hands-on session with exercises to familiarise you with your email account.
You must have an email account to benefit from the hands-on part of this session.
